Returns

• You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

How to request a return

• Please email us at hello@milliarda.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

• We will provide you with the returns address and instructions via email.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
